Cancellation Policy

1. For reimbursement application, forward a written request by MAIL ONLY to ICVE-SP (R. Joaquim Floriano, 72 cjto 23, CEP: 04534-000, São Paulo, Brazil) with a proof of deliverance confirmation until May 2nd,2024. After this date, no refunds will be given. 50% of the registration fee and additional items costs will be retained to cover administrative expenses. Bank charges or any other expenses necessary to wire money will also be deducted from the amount to be paid. Reimbursement will be done in the same payment method used for registration. Congress registration is non-refundable after May 2nd,2024.

2. Congress registration is also non-transferable.

3. Proof of Status is required for Medical students/Trainee/Nurse & Technician registration (badge or letter from the Program Director). Please scan it and forward to secretaria@icve.com.br. Should the attendee fail to present the requested documents, he will have to pay the difference for a registration category more appropriate to him.

4. Online registration is the only method available. We will not be responsible for registration request sent by e-mail or phone.

5. CNA credits apply only to Board Certified physicians registered at a Brazilian Medical Council.
